You have the right to return the products you bought without a refund and without obligation to inform the reason why you want the products returned (unless it is a change in size), within fifteen (15) days from the date you receive them.

Returns are accepted if only:

5. The products are sent via Elta Courier, with a charge to the recipient. In case of shipment with a different courier company, the costs are borne by the sender.

6. When sending your new products after the change, you will be charged 10€, regardless of the difference resulting from the changes.

8. If you want a refund, then note in the Return Voucher (included in each package) the following: 1. your account number (IBAN) 2. the bank 3. the name of the beneficiary 4. your order number. The amount is returned to your account within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the parcel back to our central warehouses. In case of electronic payments, the amount will be refunded to your card according to the above procedure. For any refund, except for defective products, you will be charged the shipping costs of 3.5€ (deducted from the total amount of the refund) plus 2€ cash on delivery when selected as a payment method.

9. Swimwear (bottom), underwear and socks arenot returnedfor hygiene reasons.

Return of products that are considered defective and are in their original condition, with their original packaging and the original markings on the products are reshipped free of charge (there is no charge of 3,5€). 10. Please make sure the package of the shipment is safe so as to avoid any damage during transportation. Return with damaged original packaging due to the negligence of the customer / sender or adhesive tape on the box or notes with pen / marker, will not be accepted!


We inform you that All4all.gr is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return / shipment. Our online store has a mechanism for canceling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been registered. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you must send an e-mail to info@all4all.gr.
